Terms and Conditions

The owner of the online store Plokk Garden Outlet https://outlet.plokk.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is AS Plokk, located at Pargi 7, Kadrina, Estonia. Reg no 10268152, Vat no EE100464216.

1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from the Online Store.

The Online Store sells outlet products and other goods offered through the website.

By placing an order in the Online Store, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. Product and Price Information

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products.

All prices are shown in euros (€), unless stated otherwise. The prices include VAT 24%.

Please note that a delivery fee may be added to the price of the goods. The delivery fee depends on the delivery method selected by the customer and is displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the respective product.

3. Placing an Order

To order goods, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart.

To complete the order, the customer must fill in the required fields and provide the necessary data for processing the order.

Before submitting the order, the customer will be shown the final price of the order, including any applicable delivery charges.

An order is considered submitted once the customer has confirmed the order and completed the payment using the selected payment method.

The Online Store will send an order confirmation to the customer by e-mail.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the Online Store.

Available payment methods may include bank links such as Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, and Pocopay, as well as other payment solutions made available on the website such as Apple Pay and credit cards.

If agreed separately, payment may also be made on the basis of an invoice by manual bank transfer.

The sales contract enters into force when the amount payable has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.

5. Availability of Goods

If it becomes apparent after the order is placed that the ordered goods are out of stock or cannot be delivered for any other reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

In such a case, all amounts paid by the customer for the unavailable goods, including any delivery costs related to those goods, will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from notifying the customer.

6. Delivery

The Online Store delivers goods within Estonia and to selected European countries, as indicated in the Online Store or at checkout.

The shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Domestic shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the customer within 1–5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

Delivery times to other countries may vary depending on the destination and delivery service provider.

In exceptional cases where delivery takes longer than expected, the Online Store will contact the customer without undue delay.

It is also possible to choose self pick-up from our stock office at Helgi tee 2, Peetri, Harju maakond. Goods will be prepared for picking up generally within 1-3 working days and the customer will be notified about the pick-up details.

7. Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear statement of withdrawal by e-mail to outlet@plokk.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The customer must return the goods at their own cost without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal statement, unless the Online Store has agreed otherwise.

The customer may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would normally be allowed in a physical shop. If the goods have been used or handled more than necessary for that purpose, the Online Store may reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the diminished value of the goods.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is that the returned item does not correspond to what was ordered, for example if the wrong or defective product was sent.

The Online Store shall refund all payments received from the customer under the withdrawn contract, including the delivery costs paid by the customer, without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

8. Non-Conformity of Goods and Complaints

The Online Store is liable for any lack of conformity or defect in the goods sold to the customer that existed at the time the goods were delivered and that becomes apparent within two years from delivery.

If a defect becomes apparent within one year from delivery of the goods, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, unless the Online Store proves otherwise or such presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect.

Due to the natural characteristics of wood and the intended outdoor use of the products, changes in colour, grain variation, knots, small surface cracks, resin leakage, swelling, shrinkage, and minor warping caused by moisture, temperature, sunlight, or normal weather exposure do not in themselves constitute defects, provided that the product remains fit for its intended use. The Online Store is not liable for damage or deterioration resulting from improper installation, unsuitable storage, lack of maintenance, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

The customer must notify the Online Store of any defect within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it, preferably no later than within two months.

Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to outlet@plokk.ee or by phone/Whatsapp at +372 56 359 556.

The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been handed over to the customer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store are defective and the Online Store is responsible for the defect, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible or would be disproportionate, the Online Store will refund the customer the amounts paid under the sales contract in accordance with applicable law.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

9. Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store processes personal data for the purpose of performing the sales contract, complying with legal obligations, and, where applicable, on the basis of legitimate interest.

Further information on the processing of personal data is available in the Online Store’s Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

If the customer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should first contact the Online Store by e-mail at outlet@plokk.ee or by phone/Whatsapp at +372 56 359 556.

If the customer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.

The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between consumers and traders. Examination of the complaint by the Committee is free of charge for the consumer.
